Welcome to SoundSpeakers.Art. The following terms and conditions guide the use of and commerce on our web store. Your use of our site and purchase of our customized speakers involves your agreement to these terms.
1. Product Descriptions and Customization: SoundSpeakers.Art allows for the customization of speakers with a unique, non-refundable image provided by the client. . Clients must submit their design for approval during the order process, after which we will allow 48 hours for changes to be made. Note that there might be slight variations in the final printed product due to technical factors. Once the specified window has elapsed, no further changes can be made.
2. Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of placing an order. Due to the personalized nature of our speakers, orders are non-refundable once the production process has begun, or the customer has approved the custom image.
3. Order Cancellation/Changes: Customers may cancel or adjust their orders within 48 hours. Any cancellations or changes made after this period will incur a fee of 60% of the order total, due to the personalized work that would have commenced.
4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges: Our customized DML speakers are created specifically for each client, and as such, are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of manufacturing defects or under warranty conditions. Any claims must be substantiated with proof of defect.
5. Warranty and Liability: Our warranty covers the technical aspects of the speakers for one year from the date of purchase, but does not extend to the wear or fading of the printed image over time. SoundSpeakers.Art is not liable for any perceived depreciation of the custom imagery.
6. User Representations and Warranties: By submitting an image for customization, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to use and authorize SoundSpeakers.Art to use the image in a manner consistent with the nature of our services.
7. Indemnity: Customers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SoundSpeakers.Art, its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these terms and conditions.
8. Intellectual Property Rights: Unless a customer explicitly agrees, SoundSpeakers.Art does not retain any rights to use the custom images of the personalized products for any promotional activities or other purposes.
9. Privacy Policy: Customer’s images will be stored securely and will be used solely for the purpose of creating the custom speakers. We maintain high standards of data security and confidentiality, and no images will be shared with third parties without consent, except as necessary to produce the product or handle warranty claims.
10. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising in relation to the custom imagery or satisfaction with the personalized product will be handled through an impartial mediation process. Specifics of this process are available upon request.
