A: Warranty Coverage
SoundSpeakers.Art extends a warranty to the original purchaser, assuring that the DML speaker panels, inclusive of speaker accessories and hardware, are devoid of material and craftsmanship defects. The warranty coverage is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Please note that this warranty applies solely to DML speakers purchased through SoundSpeakers.Art and is exclusive to these specific products.
B: Warranty Terms
- Eligibility: This warranty is designated for the original purchaser, who acquires the product for personal use (not for resale). It’s transferable to subsequent owners only if the product remains within its original installation environment.
- Scope: The warranty holds under regular use and proper installation conditions. It doesn’t cover issues arising from external factors outside of SoundSpeakers.Art’s control, such as natural disasters, improper installation or handling, external contaminants, excessive thermal load, or use with incompatible components.
- Claim Process: In the event of a defect, SoundSpeakers.Art, at its discretion, will either repair the faulty component, replace it with an equivalent product, or refund the purchase price. The replacement product may vary in size, shape, color, or technical specifications if the original product is no longer available.
- Warranty Enforcement: Claims must be submitted in writing to SoundSpeakers.Art, accompanied by the original purchase receipt or product registration prior to the claim. The claimant is responsible for initiating the claim within the known warranty period.
- Legal Parameters: This warranty is governed by the laws of the location where SoundSpeakers.Art is headquartered, excluding conflict of law rules. Consent from SoundSpeakers.Art is required before any product returns.
